Hialeah police arrested Armando Hernandez, last night, for after detectives observed him "lighting his girlfriend's silver Jaguar on fire."
Hernandez, who resides in the 7900 block of W. 34 Lane, is suspected of "terrorizing his neighborhood by torching seven vehicles and throwing an incendiary device into a neighbor's yard," police officials said.
Hernandez was charged with eight felonies for arson-related crimes. Police point out that no one was injured during the fires.
"His motives for the crimes remains unknown at this time, " said Hialeah police spokesman Carl Zogby.
